Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at eu-orders@76projects.com stating your order number. If your return is accepted, simply return the items to the address on the shipping note. In the package include the shipping note or a reference to the order number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, contact info@76projects.com to let us know and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
When we receive your returned goods you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you paid extra for shipping then this will not be refunded.
Warranty returns
We warranty our products, for 12 months from your receiving them, against defects or breakages in normal use. . Follow the returns procedure as above.
Even if your product is not covered we offer spares in our store or contact eu-orders@76projects.com if none are listed.
